Large Model Social XR:
efficient, accessible, and mobile.
The Converseum for Fairs and Museums
The Converseum is a turnkey social-XR setup for exhibitions – cost-efficient and highly accessible. Handheld XR-Headsets facilitate rapid switching between an overview on shared 2D screens and immediate immersion in the displayed environments. An interactive tour-system allows for highly automated experiences of large and complex virtual environments. With an optional local server, the system can be operated offline. Reach and rent a Converseum for your next presentation!
GLoD: Output-Sensitive 3D-Mesh Streaming
VR4more-Data with the GLoD mesh-streaming format implements output-sensitive 3D visualization for any platform supported by Unity. With out-of-core data management, streaming from online sources, local caching, and continuous, appearance-preserving level-of-detail, arbitrarily large 3D data can be displayed smoothly on virtually any hardware. Test the online demo and reach out for a Unity example project to test the module for your own developments!
XRoperaStick

With the XRoperaStick, virtual and mixed reality are much more accessible than with a display attached to the user’s head. Order a few units and try it out for yourself! We offer a version for Meta Quest 3 at cost price.
The approach and hardward was developed as part of the BMFTR-funded project TeNuBa on mixed reality theater in digital twins of cultural heritage architecture. It enabled large and diverse groups of visitors to enjoy theater across locations and is useful for many industrial applications, especially for presentations at trade shows.
